I am happy to announce that I have been awarded a patent in partnership with the University of Rochester. OPTIM (OPTICAL PREDICTION of Time Interval to Matastasis) is now our patented assay to improve cancer treatment decisions. The patent title is Methods And Systems For Treating Cancer Based On Response Prediction Using Light Scattering Technology. Last year we were also awarded the same patent in Europe. This is an important milestone on the path to help people at diagnosis of cancer to get the treatment that prevents metastatic recurrence.
