Had to raise these three machines up about 4”, add another cross member and a place for the conveyor to go.Measured everything there and did the majority of the work in the shop.

This spreader came in, and needed bushing’s replaced for the augers. Once I got it apart i found a couple more problems. The steel in the back was rotten out and the steel where the bearing for the pto infront was broken. Got it all back to normal and ready to use. General maintenance to welding and fabrication we can do it all. Give us a call for all of your breakdowns.

Bearing went out and worn the stub shaft down and needed replaced. Was able to help the customer out by replacing just the bulk head and shaft instead of the whole auger. Here is a few pictures of the process, was able to make all parts in house and get the customer going again.

Here’s a couple of projects from last week, had to put a big patch on the outside of the tub and put a new roof on the mixer mill. Also had to replace the shaft on the roller for a belt conveyor!

Bearing went out in this roller, drillng the old shaft out and putting a new one in is today’s project!

Had To fabricate and mount a manure pump, along with a couple of cracks on the tub and a few other minor things on the truck to get it back and going
