Good morning. I have to bring some things to attention. I’ve been doing this for 3 years now and I do my best to help people out. I’ve financed people for new systems out of my own pocket. I’ve put people on payment plans to help them out. I’ve done jobs for free without ever asking for a dime. Trust me when I say I’ve been there. I’ve had rough times. Moneys been tight. It’s still tight what am I talking about. Haha.
I guess I’ve been too nice and too helpful. I run a legit business. Im licensed, insured, and tri-city bonded. When you call me expect to be treated like an other business.
My business hours are from 8-4pm. Anything scheduled after 4pm is considered after hours and will have an extra charge. I’m sorry you don’t get off until 4 and won’t be home until 5. Make time from work like everyone else does for any other business or home repair. Just like I do.
Moving forward I absolutely 100% will NOT be accepting checks. Couple bad apples ruin it for everyone. I have a card reader and I also accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, etc.
Payments for service calls are due at time of service unless previously discussed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Too many people think they can just pay whenever they want apparently or not reach back out when I send an invoice. I’m done hounding people for payments. You call me to provide a service and then just don’t pay. That’s my livelihood. I don’t get a paycheck every Friday. That’s how I provide for my family. I’m over it.
I hope everyone understands where I’m coming from. I hate to have to even make this post. I appreciate all of my great customers for continued support I can’t say thank you enough! 🙏
