The long awaited Marlboro County Aquatic Center, part of the Marlboro County Golf and Recreation Complex, is officially moving from plans to reality. Construction has begun and we are off to a strong start.

Our team, led by Superintendent Ryan, is already making it happen out in the field, bringing energy and focus to turn this vision into something the community can truly enjoy.

April work anniversaries call for a celebration… and somehow, we got not one but two Joes keeping everything running like pros. That’s right TWICE THE JOE, TWICE THE WINS!

Joe, our amazing VP/Managing Partner, and our ever-talented Superintendent, Joey, bring humor, fun, big energy, and of course their expertise every single day. We couldn’t imagine this place without them. From keeping projects on track to making the office a little brighter, they do it all and they do it with style. We’re extremely grateful for their years with Paddock and the talent, drive, and commitment they show every day. It must be a Joseph thing.

March is clearly our lucky month and it has nothing to do with four-leaf clovers. This month we’re celebrating five incredible work anniversaries: Danny, Tom, Frankie, Josh, and Hunter.

We’re fortunate March brought each of them to Paddock Construction. Their talent, commitment, and everyday contributions make a real impact on our team and the work we do.
