"My husband and I remodeled our kitchen, dining room, and den and made it into one large living area. Dick met with us several times prior to beginning the project. We explained to him what we wanted, he listened, and drew the plans precisely to our expectations. Once the project began, he was on the job everyday, even when his carpentry skills weren’t called for. When the subcontractors were in our home, Dick was there as well, making sure everything was moving smoothly. Our project began just prior to the onset of Covid-19. There were never more than a few workers in our home at any given time, so we always felt safe. In spite of the virus, our project was completed close to the original timeline. The finished project looks amazing. Our new living space is lovely, functional, and a blessing from the Lord. Thank you, God, for sending Dick and Pat Ferrell our way."

"I have used the services of Dick Ferrell since 2012. As a contractor he is reliable, professional, and thorough. He makes clear what his proposal is, what it will cost, and approximately how long the project will take. He makes sure we as his customers understand the proposals and what is expected of us as homeowners. His wife Pat also is a huge help to him and his customers.

They both work with the customers in scheduling, getting the subcontractors, and the materials. Presently, they have just finished getting my roof replaced and are preparing to install thin drywall over plaster ceilings which are peeling. Much of the inside needs painting also. The Ferrells often come over when I have some problem I can’t handle and fix it. He designed and built a two car garage for me.
