Responsibilities
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems and performing warranty
Troubleshooting defective systems and equipment to make diagnoses
Performing preventive maintenance on systems monitoring and calibrating units and cleaning coils
Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents and ductwork
Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly
Refrigeration knowledge including reach-ins and walk-in boxes, cooler display cases and ice machines
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Maintaining an organized and clean service truck
Ability to complete proper job specific paperwork including POs
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
Represent the company in a professional manner
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
2 years of previous Commercial HVAC
Education - High School or equivalent
Familiarity with tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload, extreme temperatures and long hours
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug test
Set of personal hand tools for job use
Ability to write and read the English language

Job Title: Commercial Installer

Responsibilities
Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems following company and manufacturer specifications
Perform low voltage and line voltage wiring
Perform installation of refrigerant lines to AC units, including brazing and soldering
Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems
Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment properly performed
Be dependable: arrive on time, every day and ready to work
Provide necessary support to install crew members
Ability to complete proper job specific paperwork including POs
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
Represent the company in a professional manner

Job Overview
As an Installation Technician at LMS, you are the backbone of the installation team. You will be required to work hands on with the installation of various HVAC and refrigeration. It is a requirement to work well with your fellow crewmembers and adhere to your Lead Installer. You are vital part of the LMS team because your work that is a direct reflection of our high standards and values of work and customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications
• Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment
• Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
• Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
• Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done
• Determine the right material needed for installation work by pre-measuring jobs
• Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into company vehicle
• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
• Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
• Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
• Carry out readings on machines with the full understanding of the implication of such readings
• Ensure assigned company vehicle is kept clean
• Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.

Qualifications
• Possession of 1-3 years HVAC installation experience
• Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plus
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Must have an honest and dependable personality
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
• Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions, as well as work effectively within a team

As a lead installer you are the leader of your install team. Once instruction has been given to you by our Install manager, you are responsible for instructing your team members and executing a professional install job. You will work hands on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. It is your job to make sure the installation is done properly, safely, and to the high standards of LMS all while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties
-Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
-Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home
-Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
-Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
-Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Follows standard procedures and processes to ensure that the job progression stays on time and able to instruct laborer/helpers.
