Clean your dryer vents. Customers dryer was not drying clothes. Bought a new dryer and it wouldn’t dry clothes. Had Lowe’s come and replace the new dryer with another new dryer. Dryer will not dry clothes with stopped up vent not to mention you could burn your house down

This one was a challenge. Rebuild the windows, sills and frames on the second floor. Replace rotted wood framing below windows without disturbing the exterior stucco. Build roof over second story windows. Completely remove roof above front door. Build new arched roof above front door. Mill wood for ceiling on arched roof. Made corbels to support roof. Made arched facia for arched roof. Removed and replaced 4 courses of rock directly below arched roof and above door. Repaired arched screen door. New trim around 2nd story windows inside. Moved porch light from the wall to the ceiling in the arch. Installed copper roof on 2nd story roof above windows, arched roof above front door and bay window. Copper flashed brick chimney at top of roof and stone chimney.

Donnie and Sandy bought a new house with a covered porch. They hired me to screen the porch so the can enjoy it bug free and have a place for there fur babies to hang out. Primed,painted the material for the framing. Installed screen and molding. Installed a door and changed the molding on the columns for a tight fit.
