So customer put the landscaping and rock back in place. Threw some masonry paint over the Carbon Fiber and from a couple feet away, You can’t even tell I did the work. that’s the goal 💪

So this customer was going to do a wall replacement so I told them this. “you know it’s going to be very expensive for that wall replacement.”Let’s agree upon a price and warranty options. I chipped away all the loose concrete and grinded both the outside of the foundation and inside. I used Garamite, quartz rock and a 2(a)1(b) 100% epoxy solids to get the poured foundation uniformed for somewhat of an aesthetic appeal. I’m so confident in the structural integrity of my product and service that if there is so much as a hairline crack in the next 5 years, I’ll refund your carbon fiber purchase and they can use that towards the more expensive wall replacement, in which the customer had prior estimates. I am waiting for pictures as the customer will be using a Luxon masonry paint and primer. I was done with this job in one day and came in at about 1/8th the off price of a mason 💰 💴 💵

Perfect example on how Carbon Fiber straps can stop you from calling a mason every couple/ few years. Of course have to do the work before it’s too late and mortar joints completely deteriorate. Normally, especially on this commercial building this large, a paint job costs more than my product and service. Best in the business! Lifetime on installation and of course the grantee that your wall will not shift, sheer, stair-step or bow…. Or you get your money back.
