Our Quality Leader is chosen through nominations from co-workers.

Courtney is one of our Customer Service Reps and was nominated for the extra time and effort she has put into a recent project. It's involved a lot of paperwork, coordination, and figuring out a new process.

Her dedication to customer service has really shown throughout this project. She has worked hard to make sure everything gets handled correctly and that our customer gets what they need, all while keeping a smile on her face!

As one of our Customer Service Representatives, Brittany plays an important role in supporting customers and coordinating with carriers to help keep things running smoothly each day.
