Position: Lead Painter/Crew Leader
Description:
-Perform high-quality interior painting and related preparation work.
-Understand project scopes, plans, and specifications.
-Prepare surfaces properly, including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
-Identify potential issues with surfaces, materials, schedules, or scope before they become problems.
-Communicate clearly and professionally with builders, homeowners, and other trades.
-Help organize and direct a small painting crew.
-Plan daily work and keep projects moving efficiently.
-Ensure work is completed according to company quality standards.
-Monitor materials and communicate when additional supplies are needed.
-Take ownership of the finished product and make sure details are completed correctly.
-Eventually take responsibility for running projects and crews with minimal supervision.
