I've got to give this guy some recognition today. Nolan has hand dug two egress window well holes in the past couple of weeks by himself. He didn't complain he just got after it and got it done. Good job Nolan!

Big shout out to the guys working on site today. One project is a very large deck rebuild on the end of a lake with winds blowing directly at them and the other is an addition project that had trusses set this morning in the snow and wind. Thanks, everyone, for pushing through on days like this!

We're making progress!

After years of driving by this Cedar Springs barn and wondering how good the frame was, we now know. This old timber frame barn is going to have a second chance at life. It is 100 plus years old and will be modified, repaired then re-erected on a new foundation to continue working as an active farm barn. Systematic demolition started a week ago and all the siding, metal roofing interior components that will not be salvaged have been removed. This week we will dismantle the roof and frame then start preparing it for short term storage.
