🏭 Happy Manufacturing Day 2026!

We’re excited to welcome students from Stillman Valley High School to tour our 425 Manufacturing and 425 Fab facilities today!

After the tour, we’ll head over to the Rock Valley College Advanced Technology Center in Belvidere, IL, for the Manufacturing Day Expo.

It’s a great opportunity to showcase modern manufacturing, introduce students to career opportunities, and inspire the next generation of skilled tradespeople!

The U.S. is projected to have roughly 40,000 welding job openings every year over the next decade as experienced tradespeople retire, change careers, and demand for skilled trades continues.

At the 425 Fab Division, our STEMPRO product line is built right here by skilled fabricators and welders. From fitting and fabrication to final weld-out, these buckets are built by people who take pride in what they make.
