Happy Hump Day! We kicked off the first Corporate Cup activity with a mile walk around town. Three groups from our Beloit and Rockford locations joined in today … rain or shine.

If you spot us around the Beloit area in our Caldwell “Shaping the Future” tees, come say hi! We’ve got a full lineup ahead, including tug of war, sand volleyball, bags, pickleball, a 5K, bowling, golf, trivia and more.

A big shoutout to Stateline Family YMCA for hosting and helping local teams get active and connected in our community. We’re proud to be among the 2,000+ local employees getting outside and getting their steps in. We’re definitely setting records this year!

Aloha from Caldwell! We’re checking in from Hawaii, where our friends at CWR Hawaii kept us busy last week with training, meetings, and conversations about the diverse lifting demands coming from major projects across the islands.

From the Pearl Harbor Dry Dock project to a major light rail project, CWR Hawaii is helping customers tackle some big construction and infrastructure needs. And when the lifts get more diverse, having the right equipment and knowing how to use it matters.

That’s where training comes in. 🤝 Our team spent time with CWR’s inside sales team covering:

Of course, we had to kick off the surprise celebration while the national sales team was on site for last week’s Sales Summit. A time was had!

Roger that, 2026 Caldwell Sales Summit. Over and out. 👊

Over 2.5 days, reps from three countries took part in dozens of activities in two cities, while creating countless "a-ha moments" for experienced team members and newbies alike. We talked about ways to help our distributor partners and end users better and grew everyone's understanding of the industry, the role our products play in it, and the opportunities that lie ahead for all of us.

And, of course, we had a little fun along the way. Shoutout to Vegas On Wheels and Henry Dorrbaker's for keeping the evenings entertaining. The celebration even included a special recognition of National Accounts Manager Darrin Noe's remarkable 30th year with Caldwell. Boo-yah!

Thanks to everyone who made the trip, shared ideas, learned together, and made the most of the week. Caldwell Sales Summit attendees… we miss you already! Until next year.

We’re rolling into Day 2 of Caldwell’s Sales Summit. 💪

Today, the team got a first-hand look at the people, processes, and equipment behind the lifting solutions we provide every day. We toured our Rockford facilities with Plant Manager Thaddeus Grzeskowiak and learned more about our operational, shipping, and product capabilities.

Because the better we understand our products and processes, the better we can serve our customers. And yes, we found time for a little fun, too!

We appreciate this group making the trip to the Midwest and diving into Caldwell training this week. We’re looking forward to putting that knowledge to work for our customers.

What a great day to be on the green! We had an absolute blast at our annual golf outing this Saturday with an awesome turnout, a great crew, and beautiful weather.

Let’s check back in with Emerson⚡

It’s been a couple of months since Signing Day at Blackhawk Tech, and Emerson has been keeping busy at Caldwell. He’s gaining hands-on experience building a 10-ton Remote-Controlled Rig-Release, sharpening his welding skills, improving his job times, and tightening up his weld lips.

He’s also enjoying a few Caldwell perks he didn’t have before, including breaks, company lunches, and great people. 😂 We’re happy to keep him fueled!

We’re proud to see Emerson building his skills and his career in the trades. A big thank you to Blackhawk Technical College and the Stateline Manufacturing Alliance - SMA for helping connect students with opportunities to grow.
