We’re proud to share that IPM has once again been recognized as one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in 2026. This marks our second consecutive year receiving this honor.

Yesterday, our leadership team celebrated the achievement the best way we know how. By serving lunch to the employee owners who make IPM what it is every day.

At IPM, employee ownership goes beyond the work we do on the plant floor.

Recently, our team partnered with Hand2Handto help address childhood food insecurity in our community. Together, we packed meals for children who may not know where their next meal is coming from. Today, that’s 1 in 7 kids.

Hand2Hand’s outreach now supports nearly 15,000 children. Being part of that impact is both humbling and meaningful.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and proud of our employee-owners who continue to show up for each other and for the communities we serve.
