Today was a proud day for innovation at Bergstrom!
Our engineering team had the opportunity to present a newly developed product to Bergstrom's executive leadership team, including our Chairman & Owner, CEO, CFO, North American Division president and leaders from Sales, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and other key functions.
What makes this achievement particularly remarkable is that this product was developed in record time through the dedication, collaboration, and determination of a talented cross-functional team. Beyond the technical accomplishment, this new product will open doors to new markets, new customers, and exciting opportunities for Bergstrom's future growth.
Perhaps most importantly, today's presentation brought together everyone who contributed to the journey — from concept to development — allowing us to celebrate what can be achieved when innovation, teamwork, and ex*****on come together.
This milestone is also a reflection of the innovation culture that has long defined Bergstrom. Terry Zeigler, one of the most influential innovators in our company's history, helped establish innovation as a core part of Bergstrom's DNA. His vision continues to inspire the way we think, create, and solve challenges today.
