Sunday April 3rd 6:34pm we receive a fire alarm signal from Halsted Apartment complex, and with in 34 seconds Rockford Fire was notified of this and in the course of doing so we receive another signal indicating an additional alarm caused by a manual pull station being pulled. Upon arriving in 2st truck which was housed 4 blocks away saw smoke coming through the roof. People's lives were saved along with pets but unfortunately all tenants had to be relocated by the RED Cross and I believe the building is a semi total loss.

Tonight 03/24/21 at 5:40pm we receive a hold up alarm for Shell Gas at Kilburn n School street turns out customer press button because of a shoplifter who was fighting with staff who was also banned earlier this year from the store. Off to the Blue Star Hotel he went.

On 03/23/2021 we received a fire alarm from a customer in Rockford, upon calling the house woke up the customer who said they now here the alarm house is filled with smoke. We advised them we will fire dept on there way and to evacuate the house. Home owner called next morning and said he fells if we hadn't called he and his wife would had died in the fire.
