Worked in a small road project to correct drainage issues and get everything back in shape before an upcoming wedding. From rough washouts to a smooth finished drive, this one came together great.

Beautiful property, great people, and we appreciate the opportunity and trust to get it handled.

Another road restoration project knocked out for a customer. 💪

These hills were badly washed out, full of deep ruts, and got impassable. We went in, corrected the drainage issues, reshaped the roadway, rebuilt the bad areas, and got everything back solid and usable again.

The end result speaks for itself — even the 70,000 lb water truck is now traveling in and out with no problems. That’s what happens when the groundwork is done right the first time.

A lot of people see a rough road and throw gravel at it. We focus on fixing the problem underneath so it actually lasts. 🚜

Carolina Pines RV Park is coming along strong!

One thing we can promise — this won’t be one of those RV parks where you feel packed into a gravel parking lot. The vision is to create a peaceful, spacious campground where nature is still the main attraction. 🌲🏕️

The clearing and grading are moving forward, and another exciting addition is a pond that’s now planned for the property. It’ll add both beauty and a relaxing atmosphere for guests to enjoy while staying at the park.

Large open areas, shade trees, natural surroundings, and room to breathe. A nice check in/out building with wrap around relaxing porch & large game room. Walking trails & picnic areas around pond — that’s what Carolina Pines RV Park is all about.

Big things are coming soon, and we’re excited to keep sharing the progress with everyone!

New haul rig just hit the fleet.

This one’s ready to go to work—moving iron, keeping jobs on schedule, and backing everything we do on the grading & land clearing side.

When it’s time to get equipment in and get dirt moving, we’re rolling.

Progress on the new RV park site today. We’ve opened up a solid section, and now it’s time to start working around those larger trees to really bring this property to life.

What’s going to set this one apart—wide open lawn areas paired with natural shade trees. It’s going to have that clean, park-like feel you don’t see everywhere.

There’s a lot more grading ahead than this picture shows—the elevation change is there—but nothing we can’t handle.

Been a busy one last week.

Running hard across multiple facilities—grading lots, cleaning up problem areas, and keeping these properties in shape day in and day out.

Got back to install safety rails once the wall and footer cured—doing it right, not rushing it.

Got a tree limb cleaned up from a little storm damage.

Had to fix up a warehouse where trucks had it tore up turning around in the grass. Brought it back, leveled it out, and made it right again.

Wrapped up another one ✔️

Finished up the final grade on this new construction, got everything smoothed out right and looking sharp. Installed sod up front and tied it all together with seed & straw to make sure it comes in strong.

On another project, we had a crew out repairing a damaged block wall at one of the plants we maintain. Getting it back right and ready for the next step — we will be installing a new safety walkway railing.

Land clearing & residential finishes to ongoing commercial maintenance, we stay ready to handle whatever the job calls for.

Another productive week in the dirt!

Stayed busy across several different projects.

We started by ripping out a line of old stumps and getting the area back into shape — backfilled, graded, and raked so it’s ready to maintain and looks like those stumps were never there.

Over on a new construction home we filled in the garage and porch areas, then brought in additional dirt around the foundation to help direct water away from the structure while the build continues.

We also kept up with a few of our ongoing maintenance grading contracts, making sure sites stay smooth, functional, and looking the way they should.

To wrap things up we built a new pad for an upcoming welding shelter, getting the base compacted and ready for the structure & whipped some landscape beds into shape at another facility.

Different projects. Different sites.
Same goal every time — do it right and leave it better than we found it.
