At Spartan Composites, we believe the future of American manufacturing and engineering starts by investing in the next generation. That’s why we’re proud and excited to welcome our very first Mechanical Engineering intern, Aiden from the University of Central Florida (UCF), to the Spartan team!
Aiden is a junior at UCF with a strong passion for mechanical engineering and advanced manufacturing. Throughout this summer, he will be working closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to gain hands-on experience in real-world production environments, manufacturing processes, problem-solving, and composite technologies. Most importantly, he’ll have the opportunity to apply what he has learned in the classroom to real industry challenges and projects.
What stood out to us most about Aiden is his enthusiasm to learn and his eagerness to grow as a future engineer. At Spartan Composites, we understand how important it is for students to gain meaningful experience before graduating college. Engineering is learned not only through textbooks and lectures, but also through hands-on collaboration, innovation, and exposure to real operations.
This internship is more than just a summer position, it represents the beginning of a new initiative at Spartan Composites focused on supporting students, developing future talent, and strengthening our local engineering community. Our goal is to continue creating opportunities for students like Aiden by building internship and mentorship programs that help bridge the gap between education and industry.
We want Spartan Composites to be a place where young engineers can learn, grow, innovate, and prepare for successful careers. By investing in students today, we are helping shape the future workforce of tomorrow while giving back to the engineering and manufacturing communities that continue to support our industry.
