We are bringing up the masonry walls on the new Raley’s store and placing the slab on Shops 1 at The Plaza at Blue Oaks project in Roseville. This project consists of a new 40,000 sf Raley’s store and 5 retail shops buildings totaling 33,250 sf, and will be completed in May 2022.

Stuart James Construction is currently building the Burlington Coat Factory at HBA in Sacramento. This is a 40,000 sf store for Sywest Development, and is the last building in the Howe 'Bout Arden redevelopment that Stuart James Construction and Sywest partnered on over the last several years. The project is currently at the steel roof structure stage, and is scheduled to turn over in December of this year.

Looking for Commercial Construction Superintendent w/ 5+ years experience building retail, office, grocery and commercial site projects. Successful candidate will have good organizational abilities, computer scheduling (MS Project), communication and daily documentation skills. Compensation is competitive in the industry, and includes salary, full medical/dental insurance, vehicle, 401k plan, and bonus plan.
