Today, Owen Wilson, an student at Howell Cheney Technical High School, was presented a award in honor of Russell J. Hany. Russell was an HVAC graduate of Cheney Tech who passed away 25 years ago today. In his memory, his family established a scholarship for a rising HVAC professional. Owen received this scholarship because of his excellent skills and commitment to the trade.
