📍 Rockville, Maryland — near Twinbrook Metro Station

Construction company seeking a reliable full-time Yard Manager. Stable, year-round work with overtime available and opportunity to grow.

🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday optional (as needed)

💲 Pay:
Hourly wage + overtime (based on experience)

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Keep yard clean and organized
• Receive and organize material deliveries
• Load/unload trucks
• Track inventory and materials
• Operate bobcat & equipment (training available)
• Assist mechanic and crews as needed

📋 Requirements:
• Valid Maryland driver’s license
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift heavy materials & work outdoors
