If you've driven past the Rockville exit on I-64 recently, you may have already spotted it.
The new Liesfeld Contractor headquarters in Goochland is becoming a fixture on the skyline — and the calls and messages from people noticing the build have been a great reminder of just how far this project has come.
This photo is about a month old, but we're already at the halfway point. What started as cleared ground is rapidly taking shape into the foundation for the next chapter of our company.
Here's what's going up:
— 3-story building | 11,554 sq ft of new construction + 3,000 sq ft of renovation
— Expanding from 16 to 42 workspaces
— Improved collaboration areas, conference rooms, and client-facing spaces
— $5M investment in our people, our operations, and our future
Delivered by General Contractor Commonwealth Construction Management, with architecture by Michael Pellis and civil engineering by Philip Parker Jr.
Alongside our White Oak Office & Laydown Facility in Richmond's East End, this headquarters strengthens our operational footprint across Central Virginia and positions Liesfeld for the next generation of growth.
