We are aware of social media posts circulating that accuse Nicholas Joyner of being involved in an incident this morning around 9:00 a.m. involving a firearm. This accusation is completely false.

While we are saddened to hear that an incident did occur this morning, we want to make it clear that Nicholas Joyner was not involved in any way.

We ask that everyone please be responsible and verify information before posting about individuals or businesses online. False statements can cause real harm, and there are consequences for spreading misinformation.

For any official information regarding this incident, please contact the Sheriff’s Office directly rather than relying on or spreading unverified social media reports.

🚨 Cold Weather Advisory from Joyner’s HVAC 🚨

During extreme cold and icy conditions, heat pumps may struggle to maintain indoor temperatures. If you notice heavy frost or ice buildup on your outdoor unit, it’s best to switch your thermostat to Emergency Heat and allow the system to operate that way until conditions improve.

⚠️ Please do NOT attempt to remove ice yourself. Improper removal can cause serious damage to your unit. In most cases, it’s best to leave the ice alone.

🏠 Reminder: Make sure all foundation vents are closed to help prevent frozen pipes.

🔥 For those with gas packs — both LP and natural gas regulators can freeze up in this weather, which may cause heating issues.

👨‍🔧 We are on standby and ready to help as long as road conditions are safe. Once conditions allow, we’ll be out in full force to take care of all your heating needs.
