Roebuck Buildings is proud to announce the start of a new construction project for longtime client First Class HALT (Honda, Accura, Lexus, Toyota). This new 7,800 sq ft facility located at 1030 W Georgia Rd. in Simpsonville will house nine fully conditioned auto service bays in addition to a customer service and waiting area. The pre-engineered metal building will feature a combination of EFIS, glass storefront, insulated metal wall panels and accent canopies on the exterior to meet the City of Simpsonville's architectural design standards. This building will be the third new facility we have built for the company, in addition to two previous renovations.

We are proud to announce the completion of another construction project aimed at keeping manufacturing strong in the Upstate!

Roebuck Buildings completed a 48,000 sq ft expansion project for the Greenville, SC location of Hentzen Coatings, an international performance coatings manufacturer for industrial, aerospace and defense applications. The building shell was constructed from load-bearing precast concrete panels with joist and metal decking for durability, fire resistance and easy long-term maintenance. The new building expands capacity for Hentzen’s manufacturing process, as well as its H-3 materials storage. To accomplish the expansion in a compliant manner, one structure was divided into three buildings with four-hour rated fire walls.
