Many people have damage due to the storms in the last 24 hours, we get it.

If you need help, call our office, even if it's not HVAC related. We’ll connect you with businesses we trust with our own property—roofing, siding, vehicle repair, electrical, and water restoration. If they’re booked—wait. Rushed decisions after a storm usually come back to haunt you.

After storms, out-of-town crews roll in fast with big promises and “act now” pressure… then roll right back out when problems show up.

Choose local: licensed, insured, reputable, and still here when you need them.

Also, if you don’t have a local insurance agent, now’s a good time to rethink that relationship. We have referrals for residential and commercial needs.

Storm damage is stressful—don’t make it worse by hiring the wrong people.

Regardless of how much snow falls, one thing is certain—your heating system is about to work overtime. A little preparation now can go a long way.

Here are a few quick tips to get ready:

• Put in a fresh air filter. A clean filter improves airflow and efficiency. If you need one, stop by our office—we have them available.

• Clear snow and ice away from outdoor units and exhaust pipes. Blocked airflow can cause system issues or shutdowns.

• Set your thermostat and leave it alone. Constant adjustments force your system to work harder and can lead to unnecessary wear.

❗ Important winter reminder: If an emergency service call is needed, please keep in mind that side roads may take longer to be cleared. We currently have one 4x4 vehicle available, so response times will be impacted and if the Euro model is correct - we will be troubleshooting via FaceTime.

🔥 Extreme Heat Tips to Keep Your Home Cool 🔥

When temperatures soar, your home really starts to feel it—not just the air, but everything inside holds heat: your furniture, walls, floors, even the clothes in your closet. That’s called heat load, and it can take up to 24 hours to fully cool your home down.

Here are a few tips to stay ahead of the heat:

✅ Get a head start!
Cool your home early in the morning by setting your thermostat lower than usual. It’s easier to maintain a cooler home than to try cooling it down after it’s already hot.

✅ Change your filters.
Clogged filters restrict airflow and make your system work harder—especially during extreme heat.

✅ Rinse off your outside unit.
Use a soft stream from your garden hose to rinse off your outdoor condenser. Avoid power washers or strong sprays—they can damage the coils.

✅ Using multiple AC systems?
Turn them all on—even in rooms you’re not using. It helps reduce the overall heat load in the house and keeps everything running more efficiently.
