We are currently completing a series of outdoor dirt work projects while preparing for two upcoming bathroom remodels scheduled back-to-back over the next few weeks.

This stretch of good weather allows us to stay ahead on site work, property improvements, and preparation for upcoming interior renovations. Our goal is always to maintain an efficient schedule while delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

🔨 PRO TIP: Don’t skip the foundation

A lot of issues with sheds, shops, and even small additions come down to one thing — the base.

If your slab or foundation isn’t prepped right (compaction, gravel base, reinforcement), you can end up with:
❌ Cracking
❌ Settling
❌ Doors/windows going out of square

Doing it right the first time saves a LOT of headaches later.

Started from the ground up on this one — prepped and poured a solid concrete slab, framed it out, and got everything wrapped and ready for the next phase.

We take pride in doing things the right way from the start so everything that comes after is built to last.

Before ➡️ During ➡️ After

This project needed more than just a cosmetic fix. The wall around this doorway had movement, no proper header support, and the concrete stem wall had to be cut down to reset the door to the correct height.

We:
• Demo’d and reinforced the opening
• Installed proper structural support/header
• Cut and lowered the concrete stem wall
• Set and trimmed a new door
• Repaired drywall and prepped for finish

Now the opening is solid, square, and built the right way — not just covered up.
