We are pleased to welcome Amanda Rusin to the Allegiance Construction Group team as our new Senior Project Manager, focusing on the downtown Chicago market. With her positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding client expectations, Amanda is an excellent addition to the ACG team. She clearly understands our goal on every project: to Achieve Common Goals for landlords, architects, and tenants. We are extremely excited that Amanda and her family have joined ACG. She is an asset to our Project Management team and is dedicated to ensuring the success and efficiency of every project.

Finished project at Mid America Plaza, Oakbrook Terrace, for the Spotless Brands Office.

"Projects like Spotless Brands are my favorite to work on. My team works directly with the owner's Broker (Fred) and Management Company JLL (Dana, Tim) to get a leased deal signed off. It started in the 4th quarter of 2022 with some initial preliminary cost estimates, based off of simple scope plans.

Next, the team developed through multiple value engineering pricing exercises, to come up with an agreeable budget, that didn't sacrifice any needs or wants to the tenant. Drawings were completed by EWP Architects and Kent Consulting Engineers. Finally, the Construction stage was completed approximately 12 months later (end of quarter 2023). "
