Fridays Install - New Rheem 3.5 Ton, 14.3 SEER2, 2 Stage, Heatpump System, Easy open filter door for easy access to change the air filter, and honeywell zoning, 2 zones splits air flow between upstairs and downstairs as demanded per the thermostat in each area. If zone one downstairs only is calling for cooling the a/c and air handler slow down to low speed to conserve energy or the same if only zone 2 upstairs needs cooling. If both zones need cooling all the dampers open and the system steps up to high speed on the air handler and a/c to bring the house down to temp faster.
Save energy and cost upfront by having a single system to run where it would have traditionally taken two systems to achieve the lever of comfort that this system provides.
