Many Airshow Announcers like to hear themselves talk. It’s not about your airshow or your audience, but about themselves. This is a sad but honest truth about some Airshow Announcers out there today.

At Schultz Airshows we pay special attention to your Sponsors, VIPs, and Exhibitors all while handling the Opening Ceremonies, performer narration and music, and keeping your audience entertained, informed, and all of this within a family oriented presentation. It's about YOUR Show and YOUR Patrons, not the Announcer!

At David Schultz Airshows, we have THREE Professional Airshow Announcers that have experience from Alaska to Puerto Rico and from New York to New Mexico.

Mike McFarland is a 30 year experienced and Tellie Award winning Announcer that has announced Military Bases, Commercial Airports, Raceways, Waterfronts, Beachfronts, and is a highly sought after Announcer each and every airshow season. His knowledge of warbirds, aerobatic routines, and military demos is unsurpassed.

Eddie “Fast Eddie” Leuter is also a 30+ year experienced Announcer. He’s worked military bases, beachfronts, commercial airports, museums, and countless other venues with his fun-loving and family oriented presentation of the excitement of an airshow.

Erin Hupp is our female Announcer with over 10+ years experience from coast-to-coast. Very detailed oriented, Erin has worked with nearly all performers and gives a presentation style that keeps the audience entertained and informed.

All of our announcers are payrolled employees of Schultz Airshows. They have work with our staff on hundreds of airshows in the past 30 years. These are not subcontractors.

Be careful during the 2023 Airshow Convention as some folks will quote an Announcer as part of their “package” but will have to subcontract that service. This doesn’t happen with Schultz Airshows has we have a integrated approach to our Operations and Announcing that enables us to keep the action flowing in the air and our announcers pumping out the information in a timely fashion that is entertaining and inspiring.

Golden Wings Aviation, a privately owned business located in Monse, WA is currently seeking applications for commercially rated pilots for our 2022 cherry drying season. Pilot position are seasonal beginning June 1, 2022 and ends July 31, 2022. We expect you to stay for the length of the season. We operate a fleet of S-55 Sikorsky helicopters powered by R1300 radial engines with a few conversions powered by Garrett TPE-331. Our company operates under FAA part 91 DAY- VFR. This is a continuous duty, 7 days a week with no days off during the season. PIC Qualifications: FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, Current 2nd class medical, Min 1000 Hours total Time,Current Bi Annual Flight Review, Must have recent flight time, Experience with piston engine no governor helicopter, Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident at time of application. SIC pilot positions: Although the S-55 does not require two pilots , we provide this opportunity for perspective future PICs. SIC assist the PIC in all tasks. SIC will fly as much as the PIC allows. This is an opportunity to build flight time and experience in commercial operations, while flying a medium size helicopter. SIC Qualifications: FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Helicopter rating, Current Class 2 Medical Certificate, Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time off application.
