Anybody out there doing this? This week is absolutely brutal. Please pray for my hubby Michael Potts and his team of workers Bo Cagle and Jeffrey Breeden . Heating and Air contractors are having a rough time in this heat. Air Conditioners are pushing to the limit. I can't remember when the last heat wave like this was. Just glad it doesn't stay this bad all summer.
A few pointers I can put out.

Keep filters Clean

DO NOT USE PLEATED FILTERS.

Keep blinds closed

Do not close off vents or close doors in rooms not being used.

Keep thermostat set at your normal temp. Turning it down, does not make it cool any more.

Don't set your thermostat higher when you leave your house because it has to work harder once you get home.
