Rocky Mountain Twist
Many people know that I recently completed the purchase of Rocky Mountain Twist. What many may not know is that this journey began more than 25 years ago.
When the company emerged from bankruptcy in 2001, I stepped into a much larger leadership role and committed myself to helping build a stronger future for the business, our employees, and the community we call home.
During that time, I introduced the name Rocky Mountain Twist, reflecting a vision that went far beyond our roots as a retail power tool accessories manufacturer. My goal was to transform the company into a world-class manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools.
Through the dedication, talent, and hard work of our employees, that vision became reality.
Today, Rocky Mountain Twist is recognized around the world, particularly in the aerospace industry, where precision, quality, and reliability are essential. From our facility in Ronan, Montana, we manufacture cutting tools that compete with some of the finest manufacturers in the world.
That success was on full display recently as we hosted our 25th Annual National Sales Conference, welcoming more than 30 sales representatives from across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Seeing so many partners gathered in Ronan was a powerful reminder of how far this company has come and the strong relationships we have built throughout North America.
This ownership transition is far more than a business transaction. It represents a commitment to continue investing in our employees, customers, products, and community. Rocky Mountain Twist remains locally owned, American made, and focused on long-term growth.
I am incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished over the last two decades. Together, we transformed a company that faced significant challenges into a respected global manufacturer serving some of the most demanding industries in the world.
