We are a one stop job shop fabricating metal parts through finished goods. We are known best for our metal spinning and cnc plasma cutting.

e a complete selection of round blanking dies from 2" to 6" in 1/8" increments to handle most materials up to 1/8" thickness along with many other smaller and larger dies. We can also Circle shear up to 1/4" thick and 48" diameter or plasma cut to size.

Just wanted to share with you some parts that we made with .005+/- tolerances. As a comparison you can see the quarter compared to them for size. Had to take our gloves off for the little one. Both parts are made from .032 brass. The small one is just over 1" diameter and the height of 9/16" The "grande" is just over 3" diameter. Don't let their size fool you; it takes more to make these than much bigger parts. Bigger things to come.
