We just finished this new construction home in Rose Bud. Everything about this house was custom and we think it came together so nicely. We want to say a big thank you to Kim Owen for trusting us with her dream home and being so easy to work with. We really enjoyed this one.

We replaced the existing deck by the house and built new stairs to a new deck by the river and another set of stairs to take you directly to the water. We also installed cable railing so the view would not be obstructed as much.

Interior is all but finished. We are waiting on a stove and a couple small things and we will be done.

Almost finished. There are still a few things to finish up but the homeowner is going to handle the rest of it. She got it cleaned up and looking good today. She has done a good job picking everything out and putting it all together. We want to say thanks for letting us do a big part of this house.

Here is some progress on a current job we are working on. Lots of work has gone into this one so far. The original house was gutted down to the studs and will get all new plumbing and electrical. We built a new front porch, garage, patio area and master suite and put a new metal roof on the whole house. The additions will get new brick and then the whole house will be painted. Still a ton to do but we are excited about the way it's coming along.
