A special message for all of you.
Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!

This year has tested us in ways we never expected, but it has also shown us just how blessed we truly are, and that blessing has your names written all over it.

To every single customer who became so much more than a customer this year… thank you.

When Dustin went down hard with his injury before Christmas-light season even started and he was out for 2 months, we weren’t sure how we were going to make it. But you showed up for us in the most beautiful ways:

You texted just to check in and see how he was healing.
You told us “take the day off, service is on me” when we were stretched thin.
You invited the team into your warm homes on cold rainy days offering us tea or a hug for being out there in all weather conditions
You rolled with every schedule shift, every change, every “we’re figuring this out as we go” moment with nothing but grace and encouragement.
You cheered us on, prayed for us, and reminded us why we do this in the first place.

Because of your understanding hearts and unwavering support, we never missed a beat. That’s not because we’re superheroes… it’s because you gave us the space to heal while still trusting us with your homes and your holidays.

To our incredible team who stepped up huge: you learned new skills overnight, worked extra hours with smiles, and kept every promise Dustin ever made to our customers. You didn’t just “keep the lights on,” you made them shine brighter than ever. We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re so proud to work beside you.
