Map and balance your .

Here's how 👇🏼

1. Air Velocity Readings
- Measure the air velocity of the supply ducts in the middle of where each truck would be in the oven.
- Move the dampers and take measurements on both sides of the oven.

2. Temperature Readings
Probe the product on the trucks and load the oven.
- One data logger per truck
- Probe is in the exact center of the product
- Probes are placed in the same location from truck to truck

3. Analyze the Data
Time to analyze the results.
- Air velocity - 20% variance or less
- Temperature - no more than 2% variance
