Meet Tate. 💙

After spending 10 months in the NICU, coming home was a milestone that once felt very far away. With nursing support from PHS, Tate was finally able to make that journey home.

Today, his family treasures watching him grow, reach milestones in his own time, play with his brothers and simply be a kid.

Tate is sweet, hilarious, loving and a little sassy — and his family says anyone who meets him leaves happier than they came.
