Tower Broadway brings new energy to the southeast corner of Land Park and Broadway. This five-story mixed-use community offers ground-floor retail, 68 rental apartments, and amenities including a bike storage room, fitness center, and a community lounge with a balcony overlooking the intersection. Honoring its history, the site was once home to the Tower Records archive — a legacy we’re proud to continue.

From blank slate to entertainment escape: on this World Creativity and Innovation Day, we celebrate the imagination and design thinking that turn possibilities into places.

At The Apex at Red Hawk Resort and Casino, we transformed 80,000 square feet of empty rooftop space into a vibrant entertainment hub where bowling, go-kart racing, food, and games all come together under one roof.

Bringing multiple distinct ideas together meant finding a way to blend them into one cohesive, town-like destination that feels dynamic, inviting, and fun for everyone who walks through the doors. Through intentional design, innovative problem-solving, and strong collaboration, we created a space where aesthetics, function, and energy harmonize to deliver an experience people want to be part of.

Honored with the 2023 Sacramento Business Journal Best Real Estate Projects Award in the Entertainment: Experiential category, this project exemplifies the impact of creative vision and thoughtful ex*****on.

Our Housing Studio recently completed a new multifamily project, Studio 30. This three-story enclave, nestled at 16th and E Streets in Sacramento’s Washington Historic District, features 19 studio apartments, 10 one-bedroom lofts, and a dynamic ground-floor live/work unit. This dense urban infill building uses a privately financed approach to affordable housing that is sustainable by design due to its location and efficient use of materials.

The extra height of the top floor allows these 10 units to circulate to a mezzanine. Studio 30 embraces lofty floor-to-floor heights, expansive windows, and premium finishes, crafting coveted residences with a minimal footprint and maximum allure.

Our team has designed a 6,000-square-foot community clubhouse in El Dorado Hills, CA. The interior features a fitness room, a grand lobby and foyer, two gathering spaces with a beverage bar and full kitchen, as well as locker rooms, restrooms, and other essential support spaces. The exterior includes a pool and spa, three pickleball courts, a tennis court, two bocce ball courts, an event lawn, a yoga lawn, and two picnic areas equipped with BBQs. With shear wall and framing inspections complete, we'll see exterior siding installed as they finalize the building envelope. Work on interior finishes will begin soon as this project continues to progress toward completion!

WeCare is hosted annually by MTA Office and is a beloved tradition that gives our team a chance to showcase creativity while spreading holiday cheer with an incredible group of kids. Moments like these make the season truly magical!

This new 5-story mixed-use project is in the heart of a redevelopment area just outside the Downtown Sacramento corridor. As a prominent fixture on a busy thoroughfare, it will enhance the locality with a mural surrounded by classic yet contemporary exterior materials. Stepping into the interiors will be the “wow” factor, with tall common area spaces punctuated by sculptural forms and lighting reminiscent of sound waves. The materials for the common areas are relatively raw, featuring concrete, wood, and metal. The upstairs apartments vary in size and finish. The design pays tribute to the heritage of this site, previously occupied by a music icon: the Tower Records building. Elements of the musical heritage are reflected in the common areas' interior materials and the community rooms, with organic shapes and a fun flavoring of colorful interior details.

19six Architects is creating new office facilities for the City of Roseville’s Plant Engineers and public reception areas. The single-story structure has an angled roof design to trace the path of the sun. The design concept “visual transparency” meant bringing natural daylight throughout the building. The durable construction on the exterior is carried throughout interior that supports staff and public interface. Exposed polished concrete, porcelain tile, quartz countertops, and acoustical materials made from 80% post-consumer recycled water bottles help highlight the importance of sustainable infrastructure. A new reception welcomes guests to the plant. Large format digital graphics are scaled up to help draw your eyes up to the west-facing clerestory windows. The programming allows for public meeting spaces, breakroom sanctuary, and cozy bunk rooms for overnight staff.

Our annual Rib Cook-Off was a sizzlin' success! This event brought together 10 teams of talented grill masters to our Roseville office, who put their heart and soul into crafting the most tender and flavorful ribs. A big thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and savored the results of this friendly but fierce competition.
