We ran into some snags with the local landfill not taking the debris, after telling us they would from the very start. Another landfill was located and the job was completed within the timeframe given.

Prior experience in the lifting industry made this project a walk in the park. The 5k lb fireplace base needed to be offloaded from the trailer and swung out to a radius of 75’. 1 riser and 2 side pieces where also flown out for the build crew. The 50t truck crane and Union operator supplied by Brandon York with Capital City made this a quick, safe, and successful pick that only took 30 mins. Recent pool project in Ross, Ohio. Just so happens the customer is one of our first clients when we started our company in 2021. This project consisted of filling in a drainage to add more yard space between the house and new pool, 20’x40’ rectangle pool dig with internal step plus autocover, removing 130 cubic yards of dirt, and hammering out 80 cubic yards of rock. Now on to the next one.

Some pics of a recent pond renovation project. As seen in the first couple pics, the pond was completely taken over by weeds and cattails. After a little regrading, hauling in some topsoil, harley raking entire area, applying some quality seed and fertilizer, and some long needed rain, we have some grass for the owners to finally enjoy their pond.
