The Georgia Tech project has reached yet another milestone! Construction at 734 Techwood has been progressing smoothly. The transfer podium has been completed, and we are well on our way to transitioning into framing. Thank you to those in the field and in the office for their hard work and dedication.

Prodigy ELC in Mooresville has reached yet another project milestone! This past week, the structure achieved Building Dry In, with permanent power planned for this week. Thank you to all those who have kept this project on track. There are more milestones to come as this ELC finishes taking shape!

Libertas Academy’s Woodruff, SC campus has officially reached substantial completion! This means that the building is ready to be used. There are a few more touch-ups, and Libertas Academy Woodruff will be ready for the new school year!

Momentum continues to build at the Riverbend Athletic Complex in Woodruff, SC.

Site retaining walls are officially underway, marking a major milestone and a significant turning point for the project. This work opens up multiple areas of the site for foundations and future vertical construction.

At the same time, mass grading is nearing the finish line, blasting is complete, and crews are continuing to advance storm and sewer, GAB, and site prep across the property. Asphalt is up next as the project shifts from heavy dirt work into more defined infrastructure.

This is the phase where the vision starts to become reality. The pace, coordination, and commitment from our City partners, field teams, and trade partners continues to stand out.
