Congratulations to our President and CEO Jen Henderson for being recognized as Texas’s Leading Woman in Engineering in 2023 by The CIO Times for her outstanding achievements in the field of Engineering. HPE was started in 2020 with the philosophy that holding each other to higher standards, as well as establishing a system of core values, is key to providing our clients with the best service possible and maintaining our position as a positive influence in our community. Jen’s impact on the industry is nothing short of extraordinary. Her accomplishments and continued service to central Texas is paving the way for other young ladies with the aspirations of one day becoming an Engineer. So much can be accomplished through hard work, determination, and knowing that your career and future shouldn’t be unattainable because of your gender. March 8, 2023 is International Woman's Day.

Today we celebrate achievements of women as we aim to lift up and inspire others. HPE celebrates our CEO, Jen, who has done that and will continue to do so. We wish that we could mention all of the women who have inspired us and have been part of our journey but there are countless and the list keeps growing.

Thank you for supporting us, our small business and celebrating our successes.
