Today we celebrate 8 years of dedication, loyalty, and leadership from Luke Wardell, Sean Macalik, and Cesar Urrutia.
For eight years, these three men have been more than employees at S&W Foundation — they have been pillars. Pillars of strength in the field. Pillars of consistency when projects demanded excellence. Pillars of character when leadership and integrity mattered most.
Luke, Sean, and Cesar have shown what true commitment looks like — showing up early, staying late, doing the hard things without complaint, and leading by example. Their work ethic speaks loudly, but their character speaks even louder.
They embody:
• Integrity when no one is watching
• Accountability in every task
• Brotherhood on and off the job
• Excellence in craftsmanship
• Faithfulness through every season
Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23 —
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
That verse reflects how these men approach their work — with heart, purpose, and honor.
And in Proverbs 27:17 —
"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."
These three have sharpened our team, raised the standard, and helped shape the culture that defines S&W Foundation today.
Eight years is no small milestone. It represents trust earned, relationships built, and a foundation strengthened.
Luke, Sean, and Cesar — thank you for being men of high character, steady hands in the field, and examples of what this company stands for. S&W Foundation is stronger because of you.
