"Airborne transmission is significant and should be controlled" Thank you, ASHRAE for providing guidance to help make indoor spaces safe again.

Notice that only proven technology is mentioned here. We should not be fooled by catchy words and falsified claims of a system that will provide 99.99% deactivation of viruses from either a release of charged ions or UVGI lighting. Neither technology will address the room when occupied and should not be sold as such. Trust technologies that have been tested, validated and proven which of course are ventilation and filtration. Both technologies can work together to provide the best solution for not only viral mitigation but overall indoor improvements. Please also note in the document - air distribution and the importance of room mixing without causing strong air currents. All strategies should be discussed with a professional in order to help develop and implement a plan that provides an actual solution.
