We're hiring!
Advantage Air started in the back of a personally owned pickup truck in 2010. From those humble beginnings we have grown in leaps and bounds and have become one of the top sellers of American Standard heating and cooling products in the state of Virginia. If you're looking for a stable, rapidly growing company with a focus on a family environment, then Advantage Air is looking for you to join our team.
We currently have an opening for an entry level position in HVAC Maintenance. It's the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to start their HVAC career. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for testing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating and cooling products. This includes, but is not limited to, air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and controls in both residential and light commercial settings. Familiarity with this equipment is certainly a plus, but not necessary. We offer real-world hands-on training in the field, as well as company paid training from the factory when available.
