A great milestone at CMS South Mecklenburg High School! 🎉

Trade partners came together for a topping out ceremony to celebrate the progress of this exciting redevelopment project. The event also gave trade partners an opportunity to show their appreciation for the onsite workers by donating raffle prizes.

The new building will replace outdated facilities and create a modern learning environment for students and staff. We look forward to sharing more updates on this project!

🚍 Durham Transit Center is taking shape!

The rehabilitation of Durham Transit Center is well underway, bringing expanded bus service, new weather-protected canopies, additional restrooms, seating, and improved customer service and security spaces to the station.

Northedge is proud to be part of the project, completing exterior framing and sheathing for the new radius canopy, along with framing and drywall work throughout the new spaces.

Excited to see this project come together and help create an improved experience for GoDurham riders! 🏗️

PROJECT COMPLETE | Forsyth County Agricultural Park 🌱

Located on more than 180 acres, the park is now home to the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center and a new 25,940-square-foot facility designed to support agricultural education, community programming, youth development, and local events.

The state-of-the-art facility features a 4,000-square-foot exhibit hall, kitchen and pantry, breakout meeting rooms, and spaces supporting sustainable agriculture and forestry, environmental protection, and youth and family development.

We’re proud to contribute to projects that create lasting spaces for the community.

After years of dedication, we're celebrating the retirement of our Senior Estimator, Doug Gaffney.

Doug has left a lasting impact on Northedge and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has contributed over the years.

Please join us in congratulating Doug on this well-earned retirement and wishing him all the best in this next chapter. Although, knowing him, we have a feeling that he just might find his way back around.
