Duchess Dairy Products Duchess Dairy Products provides local all jersey milk. We produce whole, 2%, chocolate milk and drinkable yogurt at our plant in the heart of Rural Retreat.

The milk that is used to make our high-quality product travels less than five miles from the farm to the plant. We understand that consumers are more concerned than ever about the origin, quality and safety of their food supply. We know that you want to know where and how milk is produced and where our cows spent the afternoon. In our case, you can drive by the dairy and see the cows on pasture and know that the milk produced by them today will be on the store shelves tomorrow.

We have upgraded the plant this year to add more capacity. We have a few pieces of equipment we need to sell. We have a six head easy 63 fog filler with all the change parts for gallon, half gallon, and pint snap top containers. Conveyor included. A Gaulin 300 homogenizer and an Alfa Laval HTST press. The HTST press and homogenizer are still in use but will be available the 1st of September. The filler was taken out of service in January of this year. The whole setup was/is running around 300-350gph. PM if interested.
