Wrapped some old post with AZAK board. Huge upgrade!

Bathroom floor was rotted really bad from a toilet and vanity leak. Tore everything out and started over. Fixed the plumbing and eliminate all unneeded plumbing. Sister and install new floor joists. New flooring and trim… turned out nice. Thanks Michael Angelos!

Basement getting wet? Check out this Watchdog sump pump! It has an alarm system when you loose power it will sound a siren. It has a battery back up allowing it to pump 48hrs without power. Your alarm will also go off if the backup battery dies or if your float gets stuck! Here we dug a 30’ trench for 4” drainage pipe. The drain pipe now dumps into a French drain I dug. The outside was backfilled with drainage rock/soil and seeded. Down in the basement I cut a 2’x2’ square and dug down for a pit. Backfilled with drainage rock and hydroelectric cemented. Another cool job for another happy customer!

Just completed a really cool and challenging project! This camper had a really bad soft spot in the corner of the slide out. I also found a soft spot underneath the entire rear side. I was able to cut out, seal and fix all of the damaged areas. I also replaced the hot water tank. I’m glad I was able to work on something different and I’m very happy with how it turned out.
