Construction on Canton ISD’s new Multi-Purpose Facility is progressing at a rapid pace!

The facility will feature a heated and cooled indoor turf area, a competition gymnasium, and an auxiliary gymnasium—all under one roof. GLS

Today’s beam signing ceremony gave students, staff, community members, and project partners the opportunity to leave their mark on the new facility.

Exciting progress ahead!

Berry & Clay recently completed the new Bullard ISD Elementary / Primary Administration Addition that connects the existing Primary and Elementary Schools into one unified campus. Constructed on an active campus, the project was completed on schedule while maintaining a safe environment for students and staff. Through the use of Field Control Analytics, every worker on site underwent background screening, helping ensure student safety throughout construction.

A great design by Claycomb Associates, Architects made this project possible, and we're grateful for the opportunity to help bring it to life.

Berry & Clay recently completed the addition and renovation of the Bullard High School cafeteria and kitchen.

The phased project was completed on time while the campus remained fully operational. Throughout construction, Berry & Clay utilized Field Control Analytics to manage background checks and help maintain a safe environment for students and staff.

Thank you to Bullard ISD for the opportunity and to Claycomb Associates, Architects for a great design. We appreciate everyone who helped make this project a success.

Project Update | Anderson-Shiro CISD New Elementary School

Progress continues at the new 90,000-square-foot Anderson-Shiro CISD Elementary School, and we're proud to see this incredible project taking shape.

This state-of-the-art campus is being built to serve the district's growing community and provide an outstanding learning environment for generations of students to come. Construction remains on schedule, with completion planned for early Summer 2027. Architecture & Engineering by GLS

We're excited to announce that Berry & Clay has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Oakwood ISD 2026 Bond Program.

New milestone reached on the new Edgewood ISD Middle School! Crews completed the first concrete foundation beam pour for the new 78,000 SF facility consisting of a MS Gymnasium, Locker Rooms, Classrooms, Science Lab, and a Practice Gym.
