Sometimes God slows things down, I use to get super negative when that happened, sometimes I still struggle with it. But I am slowly learning, it’s in those calm, still, slow moments that God is speaking to me the most. That’s when I need it the most. I’m not only trying to become a better contractor, employer, teacher etc… I am trying to become a better human being, a better husband, a better father, a better steward, a better friend, a man worth following! ❤️

We don’t have a business model here at MCS Mechanical LLC, our business was literally built on faith, a full time paycheck from a rehab facility I worked at, after getting clean there and working there for almost 3 years, 16 years of experience in the field, and a wonderful customer base who has faith in us.

One thing I’ve learned as a business owner, not every single day will the schedule be filled to the fullest, or at all at times. But I’ve been more successful in life than ever since I got sober, surrendered my life to Christ, and surrounded myself with like minded individuals.

There’s no need for a business model, we’re not building a worldly business here, we’re building a godly business that stands on Gods promises.

“Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear? For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all. But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.”

What you build your business on, you’ll need that to sustain it, I’m grateful my business is built on Gods promises. I don’t have to worry, God will never fade away, neither will His promises. He’s the same God yesterday, today, and forever. Amen!!!

The good Lord has blessed us with the best customers any business could ask for, our customers know what they’re getting before they get it, and they know it’ll be right when it’s done. I’ve built a firm foundation of my business on Christ, treating people as He would, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I actually was gonna add the song “firm foundation” to the picture, but Facebook seems to only allow secular music to be added, not surprised. Half the time I wanna find someone to manage the business page so I don’t have to get on Facebook at all, it is definitely a big part of what’s wrong with the world. I’m grateful that my customers reach out to me because they know I’m honest, do good work, and more importantly because I’m “a good Christian man.” Had a customer remind me of that today, and that was one of the main staples of why they chose me. One way or the other I’m gonna share the good news and all that The Lord has done for me, what he will do for me, and what He’ll do for you if you’ll allow Him to. Something like John and Peter in Acts…

Acts 4:19-20: "Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, make your own judgment; for we cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard."

Acts 4:12: "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved."

I’m proud to be a business owner, I’m proud to be sober for almost 4 years now, I’m proud to have good friends, I’m proud to have a loving family, I’m proud to have wonderful customers who accept me for exactly who I am, there is no facade whatsoever. But more than anything I am proud and grateful that Jesus Christ loves me enough to shed His blood for my sins, He loves me enough to deliver me from myself, He loves me enough to heal me from the life I once lived, and He loves me enough that He won’t allow me to water myself down to be accepted by the world. He loves me enough that I have to die to myself, pick up my cross daily and follow Him. And He loves me enough that He gives me the grace and the mercy daily to do it. And to speak boldly of His name, miracles, signs, and wonders. I’m gonna keep on praising the Lord, loving people as Jesus would, and providing the most authentic customer service I can to my customers!

Customer stated that the previous technician moved the unit when they had the deck built. Put it back under the deck which isn’t what the customer wanted, never worked after that. Previous tech wanted 1000$ to just get it running, which he lied and made up some bull crap repair that it needed. System was bone dry on refrigerant. Moved the system to a place where the customer was satisfied with it, pressure tested, deep vacuum, charge to factory specs, and a good cleaning. And we saved him some money. Honesty and transparency, educating your customers, and doing good work pays off!!! ❤️👌🏼
