IDEA Works The I.D.E.A Works project goal is to establish a community of “Makers” willing to creatively challenge themselves.

The project provides access to materials, software, and machinery necessary to foster a spirit of creative entrepreneurship in Russell, KS.

The industrial arts side of the IDEA Works building is ready for some volunteers to get it closer to opening. 1st opportunity to bring you elbow grease and join in the fun will be Saturday, August 10th from 7:00 am to Noon. Come all or part, we just need more hands to help. Please bring fine grit sandpaper, sanding block or grinder to assist with prepping the walls. Also paint scrappers to prep the trim work. We will have trainers available so just bring your enthusiasm!
