Started off the week fast and humble! Here's today's job. Thankful for the business and support from the community!

Updating a shaker table and mulcher to a blower for maximized operation at a local sawmill. This will only handle sawdust byproduct instead of large lumber.

The mulcher will be relocated soon.

We knocked out a couple of projects over the weekend and this morning.

🔧 Trimmer Tooth Installation: Installed 700 teeth on a log trimmer to improve performance, grip, and cutting efficiency during the milling process.

🔥 Cast Iron Repair: Completed a specialized cast iron repair on an older cooking cauldron, restoring it for continued use.

Performed an emergency call for the local sawmill this morning. Their mulcher was spewing sawdust all over the conveyor guards, belts, and the foundation. Needless to say it was an unnecessary hazard. We got them fixed up in no time. Here are some photos

Finished a small job this morning. The local GlassHouse Carwash was out of service. The guide rail for the washer was broken. We got them back up and running within two hours. Glad to have local support and such amazing clients. Here are some photos.

Helped out a local farmer with a quick fix to their ongoing problem. Had them back and running in less than an hour, glad we could assist in an emergency. The repair was for a damaged hayrake. Customer stated that he only wanted a stationary linkage instead of an adjustable. Here are some photos.

Yesterday, Critical Welding Company responded to an emergency mobile welding call near Iuka, Mississippi, to repair a damaged lowboy trailer. Lindamood Trucking had been waiting four days for an initial repair with no success. After arriving on site, we assessed the damage, estimated the required materials, and had them safely back on the road the same day.

Because this trailer was transporting a 180,000-pound generator bound for Georgia, reliability was critical. This repair was intended as a temporary solution due to the extreme weight and demanding service the trailer is subjected to. To ensure the load could be delivered safely, we reinforced the repair with heavy-duty welds and additional structural support to help prevent any further failures during transport.

We've been actively engaged in the commissioning and operationalization of the plant. Over the past few days, significant progress has been made on several key projects, including the installation of a new shaker conveyor system, motor mounts, and multiple drive motors. Additionally, the conveyor system has been brought to 100% completion.
